update 2

There is some good news and some bad news.

The bad news is regarding IIMPACT and pretty much expectant by the undergrads. We have exchanged emails with our representative at IIM and they have informed that the competition is for the MBA students only and that they cant bend rules for one university as it would be unfair for the rest. The enthusiasm shown by the undergrads has overwhelmed us because we werent expecting such a huge response in such a small time. At the same time, we are equally disappointed for all of you and ourselves too. Never the less we know we have a lot of entrepreneurial teams which are ready to compete at any level.

In regards to the the MBA teams which have applied your next deadline is Jan 24th for the synopsis. We ll put up details for that soon.

In regards to the enthusiastic undergrads. The good news is that there are other events which are coming up in which you can take part and improve your business plans. All the teams that registered are hence welcome to start working on their plans and submit those for the IBA internal Business Plan Competition. The winners will then represent IBA in the National Business Plan Competition which we are planning to host. So, maybe not Singapore, but you can compete on the national level and make us proud 🙂

Remember people, the struggle is not to win competitions. It is to make an army of successful entreprenuers who will lead the next generation of change in the world.
